This Five Star hotel in Crete is just 10km away from the airport, 2km away from the Creta Aquarium and 1km from the Water City, both of which provide a great day out for people of all ages.

This fantastic hotel has numerous facilities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. You can relax around either one of the 2 sea water swimming pools and 1 fresh water swimming pool on comfortable sun beds shaded by umbrellas, or for those that prefer to swim in the sea, why not take advantage of the private beach attended by professional lifeguards. The hotel also has two water slides that are perfect for keeping children entertained as well as two children’s sea water swimming pools. Because making sure that your children have a great holiday is important to the hotel, the Mitsis Rinela Beach Resort and Spa provides a children’s animation team where they can participate in fun games and competitions as well as a separate children’s restaurant and a children’s playground. Other leisure facilities available include 2 tennis courts, table tennis, billiards, beach volley ball, pedal boats, canoes and wind surfing (although you need a valid certificate). There are other leisure facilties for guests to use although they will include an extra fee. These are water skis, jet skis, banana boat rides and the diving centre. These are available from the beginning of May.

All Inclusive: Dining Options

There are a variety of places for guests to choose to dine throughout their stay. The main restaurant has recently been renovated and is non smoking serves an American buffet style breakfast from 7am-10am, a buffet style lunch is served from 12.30pm-2.30pm and a buffet style dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm. The main restaurant offers local cuisine as well as show cooking. Guests can also indulge in some delicious Chinese cuisine at the hotels very own Chinese restaurant although you need to go to the reception to make a table reservation. Other options include the hotel taverna and the café bar where snacks are available throughout the day. Places where you can grab revitalising refreshments include the 2 pool bars, and the beach bar where watermelon is served seasonally. Please note that at this hotel guests are required to be decently dressed of an evening in the restaurants and bars.

The All Inclusive package includes Buffet breakfast ( from 07:30-10:00), lunch (from 12:30-14:30) and dinner ( from 19:00-21:30), Chinese a la carte restaurant (18:30-23:00, reservations required 1 day before), Tavern (12:00-14:30 & 19:00-21:30, reservations required 1 day before), All local alcoholic drinks and cocktails, soft drinks, juices, house wine, coffee, tea, ice cream and snacks as well as the Children’s restaurant (from 18:30-20:00). Please note long trousers required for men during dinner.

Accommodation at the Rinela Beach resort and Spa consists of 440 carefully appointed guestrooms. Each guestroom is carefully designed and thoughtfully furnished to ensure that you have everything that you might require during your stay. Rooms feature an individual air conditioning/heating unit, elegant marble bathrooms in the newly 262 renovated rooms, shower/bath and a hair dryer. Other features include a mini fridge, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Radio, safety deposit box and a balcony or terrace.
