Description

The Mitsis Roda Beach resort and Spa in Corfu, Greece, is part of the well-known Mitsis hotel group. It is a brilliant Five Star hotel that offers guests an All Inclusive package, which means that you can truly relax for all of your holiday. Holidays to this excellent hotel are relaxing and enjoyable for families, couples and groups. The hotels excellent facilities, friendly atmosphere and recent renovation make it the ideal choice for a family holiday or a romantic break in the sun. A holiday at the Mitsis Roda Beach Resort and Spa will be filled with fun, sun, sea and sand. Please note that due to this hotels hillside location it may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Location

The Mitsis Roda Beach resort and Spa has an envied location overlooking the peaceful Roda Bay on the glittering North East coast of Corfu. Set amidst 25 acres of vibrant gardens that that lead down to the beach and the Sparkling Ionian Sea, the Mitsis Roda Beach Resort and Spa offers its guests breath-taking views. Cofu Town is 36km away as is the airport. Roda village is just a few minutes walk away and there you will find plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

This hotel has an abundance of leisure facilities for adults and children to enjoy throughout their stay. Guests can choose between the large outdoor seawater swimming pool and the pebble beach, as well as two separate children’s swimming pools with exciting waterslides. Umbrellas and sun beds are provided free of charge by the pools and the beach. The hotel also has a dedicated children’s animation team who provide a fantastic entertainment programme such as crafts, games and competitions. There is also a children’s playground and a children’s disco. Other leisure facilities available include floodlit tennis courts, fully equipped fitness room, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, canoes, pedal boats, windsurfing, football pitch and an open-air theatre. Motorised water sports such as jet skiing and paragliding and banana boat rides are available at the beach although there may be an extra charge. There is also an animation team that provides fun evening entertainment throughout the day and evening such as shows, folk dancing and games. Why not really relax on holiday and indulge in some top spa health and beauty treatments at the hotels “Wellness” centre. Treatments available include therapeutic massages, facials, Cellulite loss and Firming body chocolate treatment, waxing and Thalasso Aqua Therapy. All procedures are carried out by trained professional therapists.

Accommodation: Accommodation

Accommodation is divided between the main building and scattered throughout the gardens. All guestrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you may need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Guestrooms feature an air conditioning/heating unit, private bathroom with bathtub and a hairdryer. Other features include direct dial telephone, mini fridge, satellite TV, music channel, safe deposit box and a balcony or terrace.

There are plenty of places to wine and dine or to just grab a quick snack at the hotel. The main restaurant offers guests great views whilst enjoying a selection of local and international meals. The hotels very own Chinese restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine and is open for dinner although reservations are required. There is also an Italian restaurant that offers guests exceptional treats for either lunch or dinner. “Ellinadiko” restaurant serves traditional Greek appetizers (mezze’s) and is an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. A variety of light meals and snacks are served throughout the day at the pool bar and beach bar. Ice cream is available at the pool bar from 10.30am-6pm and at the beach bar from 10.30am-11.30pm. The beach bar is open from 10.30am-1am and serves refreshing drinks throughout the day. The pool bar is open from 10.30am-6pm and is a great place to grab a thirst quenching drink. The hotels main bar is open from 10.30am until 1am although the last orders for All Inclusive drinks is at 12am.
