Laganas is the most popular resort in Zante with a wide variety of accommodation to suit most needs. It has a lively nightlife, particularly in July and August and there is a wide range of bars, discos, restaurants and shops on offer.

Neighbouring Kalamaki is a quieter and more tranquil resort with a small selection of bars and restaurants on offer, as well as a golden sandy beach that is perfect for spending the day basking in the sun and cooling off in the crystalline waters. Kalamaki is ideal for families as it is less noisy at nighttime than Laganas.

Tsilivi is situated just up the coast from Zante Town. Originally a small resort, in recent years it has expanded and now offers an alternative to Laganas. Although it has gained in size, Tsilivi still retains its traditional Greek Heritage.
